I also want to say thank you to one of your best and expert electrician Tom Guyader who came to fix my dead floor outlet. He did an amazing job by finding a buried outlet inside of the wall ! I saw positive reviews for Mr. Electric of Cary and I'm here to add another positive review. I needed my outside lights replaced with the identical fixtures as I live in a condo association. Tom took the time to remove one of the fixtures to provide the Serial Number to me so I can order new fixtures. He and his associate came back to my house, replaced both fixtures with the new ones and even took away all of the boxes/wrappings. They were right on time, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. Highly recommended and will call them again for any electric needs that we have.
Cannot say enough good things about this company. The technician, Johnnie Strickland, was on property for 6 hours insisting on not leaving until the job was done. He was professional, informed, and put you at ease with the entire process. I look forward to working with him and the Mr. Electric team again in the future.
Johnnie came to give us an estimate on our multiple jekectricak jobs and was able to fix some small problems that day. He explained our issues and fixes in a way no electricians (us) could understand. Gave us the estimate while he was there and we got an appointment right away for the work. Johnnie and Vince worked throughout the day, got all our jobs done and had us check everything out! They cleaned up and accepted my 10% off coupon on the remainder of my invoice. After suspecting that something was wrong with the previous Fan installation, I reached out to Mr Electric to trust with the Fan restoration and they quickly fixed what was wrong with it. Definitely will trust them with everything that’s needed the home from here on.
Both Bobbie and Victor arrived at my home to help troubleshoot an issue with a breaker. They both went above and beyond in not only making the repair, but also in explaining in detail the root cause of the issue (a leak in the roof). They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured I was satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend.
So glad that I was able to hire Mr. Electric of Cary. I was presented with a few options and went with my gut feeling. Bobbie came out for the estimate and was attentive when I explained my overall future plans. He offered suggestions to think about and present a few estimates. Bobbie gave me a few days and checked in with me to know if I had questions or concerns. He followed up which I appreciated. Never felt pressured on anything. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Got it scheduled and I have no complaints. Have a phase 2 of the overall project and I am excited to see this through. Very friendly and reasonable rates. We were able to get an appt faster than we expected (same day!) - we got an automated notification in advance of the electrician on his way, which was followed up by the electrician calling us as well! Dewayne quickly assessed the problem and fixed it onsite with no issue. He was very thorough and described exactly what had occurred and how he would fix it. Great working with them!

Great customer service. Used Mr. Electric for a commercial service call for our client. Dwayne McGregor took care of our clients well. was professional and communicated well with myself and our client. The office moved stuff around on a Friday afternoon to fit us in. Returned early on Saturday morning to finish the job, and gave us a discount on afterhours work since they had to make a return. Would highly recommend them!

We had Jonathan and T come out to install 2 new security cameras and fix some light switches that were not installed correctly. They took the time to make sure the new cameras were positioned properly. This was the second project Mr. Electric helped us with and we are happy with both.
The tech who helped me was great. Nice guy, good work, good communication. The overall experience was not perfect, though, because it was difficult to schedule at times and the company missed the appointment time entirely - I was warned that it could slip if it rained, but nobody actually told me it would be missed that morning.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my initial call. The technician who came to my home, Austin, was able to trouble-shoot problems with the electric fan I bought and successfully install one quickly. He was courteous, skilled and responsive to my questions. In addition the owner was very considerate in making sure that my experience was a good one. The prices were very reasonable. I heartily recommend the company and if you can get Austin to be your technician, you will be very fortunate.
Got an EV charger installed through Mr. Electric for a new EV that I purchased. Everything was done to spec and the two electricians who did the install were friendly and knowledgeable. Price was also competitive with quotes I got around the Triangle.
Scheduled an estimate and service very quickly, Fairly straightforward services needed (changing out light fixtures, etc) done safely and carefully. They are not cheap, but they got the job done when other services are not even calling back. Will use them again at my other home soon.
So thankful Jan found these electricians when we decided to change 2 light fixtures in our home! The electricians provided a free estimate of the work involved and suggested a lighting store where we could see various choices. Today they installed both light fixtures quickly, efficiently, and took all debris to be recycled or discarded, leaving everything as it should be. One ceiling mount was smaller than the previous flush mount. They asked if we had spackle and took care of that also. Their goal is perfection and we highly recommend Mr. Electric of Chapel Hill.

Austin from Mr Electric came out and did an outdoor receptacle repair on my house when I noticed the outdoor circuit wasn't working after a storm. He did an excellent job, explaining each step that he was doing and why, and went above and beyond to not only solve the problem but to do some future proofing on the outdoor receptacles as well. This is my second time using Mr Electric and I would definitely use them again!
